Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices white bread or hoagie rolls
  • 4 tablespoons butter divided
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter on one side of the bread. Press the bread on the skillet (butter side down)
  • Top with a slice of cheese.
  • Add a layer of cooked meat (ham or turkey or chicken or beef).
  • Add another layer of cheese.
  • Top with another slice of buttered bread.
  • Flip it over and grill until it's golden and melty.
  • Cut Sandwiches in half and enjoy.
