Besan Ladoo Calories: 142 KCal per serving

Ingredients
- Gram Flour (Besan) - 4 cups
- Cashew nuts: 15 to 20
- Almonds: 10- 15
- Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 1 cup
- Green Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar - 2 cups
Method of making Besan Ke Ladoos
- First of all, coarsely grind the cashew nuts and almonds and keep it aside.
- Now, take a non stick wok and add Ghee in it.
- Now Pour in 2 cups of Besan in it.
- Stir it continuously for 12 to 15 minutes until you can see a golden color, and the Besan also gets fragrant.
- Now quickly add in the nuts along with the green cardamom powder.
- Turn of the flame.
- Now stir in the powdered sugar in it.
- Allow it to cool down for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Now, apply Ghee on your palms, and make small lemon size balls.
- You can stuff in one strand of saffron and a piece of raisin or cashew nut in the ladoos.
- After you are done making these Ladoos, you can cool them and serve them or store them in an air tight container.
- Besan Ladoos have a long shelf life. They can be stored fresh for a long time.
