Chocolate Ladoo Calories: 240 Cal & 9g fat per serving
Serves: 12 - 15 pieces
Ingredients
- Fresh Green Peas - 2 cups
- Khoya/Mawa - 200 gm
- Ghee - 3 tsp
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 cups
- Cardamom Powder -2 tsp
For Garnish
- Cashew Nut -12 to 15
Method of making Green Peas Ladoos
- First of all, place the Green Peas in a grinder and blend into a smooth paste.
- Now, take a non stick wok and melt the ghee.
- First roast the cashew nuts and keep it aside.
- Now, pour in the paste into the ghee and cook it till it gets fragrant.
- Now put in the Khoya and cook it, till it all mixes up.
- Now mix in the Cashew Nuts and Cardamom Powder.
- Now turn off the flame and allow it to cool down a bit.
- Now mix in the sugar and stir well.
- Now, you can start making the Ladoos.
- Stuff in a piece of Cashew Nut on top of the Ladoos for decoration.
- Serve it for your Diwali Parties or other occasions.
