A few years ago I was at my fiancé’s place for thanksgiving dinner. Her mom cooks delicious meals and I was so lucky to be a part of that wonderful evening with them and gorge on delicious cuisines. But we all unanimously agreed to the fact that the hero of the evening was the Pumpkin Tiramisu served for dessert. It is an innovative makeover to the delicious Italian delicacy, Tiramisu with pumpkin mousse. This replacement to the pumpkin pie was totally worthy of a thanksgiving dessert with a taste of celebration in every bite.

I got the recipe of Pumpkin Tiramisu from her. When I was in India last thanksgiving I decided to make this Pumpkin Tiramisu for my family. My mom was a bit hesitant about this dish. She isn’t a fan of fusion food and loves dishes in its original and authentic styles, but to my surprise, she was the one who just loved the dish and talks about it even today.
So thanksgiving is just a day away and there is actually very little time left to decide on a menu that your guests will enjoy and savor. Apart from the turkey and the mashed potatoes the important question becomes what to do for desserts? Do not get stressed out about the day and most importantly about the day’s cooking. You have come to the right place now.
